We handle conveyancing across New South Wales for houses, apartments, off-the-plan purchases and commercial premises, and review and negotiate residential, retail and commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
Your matter is run by a property lawyer, not just a conveyancer, so if the contract, a lease or settlement raises a legal problem, the advice is already on your side of the table. Wherever you are in NSW, you can sign everything online and never need to come into an office.

Frequently asked questions
We act on property matters across New South Wales, including Sydney, Newcastle and regional NSW.
A licensed conveyancer can handle a standard transfer. A property lawyer does the same conveyancing work and can also give legal advice when something in the contract, lease or settlement goes wrong, without you needing to bring in someone new.
Yes. A purchase at auction is usually binding on the day, so we review the contract and special conditions beforehand and tell you what to look out for before you bid.
Most residential purchases in NSW have a five business day cooling-off period after exchange. It does not apply at auction, and it can be shortened or waived with a section 66W certificate. If you pull out during cooling-off, you usually forfeit 0.25% of the price, so we review the contract before you sign.
Most NSW contracts set settlement 42 days (six weeks) after exchange. A shorter or longer date can be agreed, for example 30 or 90 days, and off-the-plan purchases settle once the building is registered. We agree the date in the contract and keep everything on track to meet it.
For a purchase we check the title, the council planning certificate (section 10.7), council and water rates, land tax, the sewer diagram and any easements, covenants or caveats. For an apartment or townhouse we also review the strata records and levies. We recommend building and pest inspections, and explain what any findings mean for the contract.
Yes. Property matters are quoted as a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work begins, so you know the cost from the start.
Yes. As long as the property is in NSW, we can act wherever you are. Documents are signed electronically and settlement happens online, so you never need to come into an office. For foreign buyers, we also flag FIRB approval and the NSW foreign purchaser surcharge early.
Lawyers must verify the identity of every client before acting on a property transfer, and since 1 July 2026 Australia’s anti-money laundering laws also apply to lawyers who handle property transactions. We will ask for photo ID and, in some cases, where the funds for a purchase come from. These checks also protect you against identity and title fraud.
Yes. We act for both landlords and tenants on residential and commercial leases, from the first draft to renewals, assignments and disputes.
Yes. We advise on buying and selling through companies, trusts and self-managed super funds, including GST and going concern issues.
We coordinate with your lender, the agent and the other side, check the final figures and let you know as soon as settlement is complete.
